ATTO 553H
ATTO 553H 是一种罗丹明类荧光标记物。 As a 亲水性 alternative to ATTO 550, the dye exhibits excellent water solubility and a significantly reduced tendency toward nonspecific binding and aggregation. Like ATTO 550, ATTO 553H also exhibits strong absorption, very high 荧光量子产率, and high thermal and photochemical stability. The dye is therefore ideal for use in single-molecule detection and high-resolution microscopy (SIM, STED, etc.). ATTO 553H 是一种n anionic dye. After coupling to a substrate, it is singly negatively charged. In contrast to ATTO 550 , ATTO 553H is present in isomerically pure form. Efficient fluorescence excitation occurs in the 540–565 nm range.
