ATTO 542
ATTO 542 是一种new 荧光标记物 related to ATTO 532.
The new dye is very 亲水性 and shows excellent water solubility. Characteristic features of the label are strong absorption and high photo-stability. The dye shows a very high 荧光量子产率 even after coupling to a biomolecule. ATTO 542 is very suitable for oligonucleotide labeling, single-molecule detection applications and high-resolution microscopy (PALM, dSTORM, STED etc.). Additionally the dye strongly qualifies to be applied in flow cytometry (FACS), fluorescence in-situ hybridization (FISH and many more.
After coupling to a substrate the dye carries a net electrical charge of - 3. The fluorescence is excited most efficiently in the range 520 - 555 nm.
