ATTO 610 属于红色光谱区域的新一代荧光标记物。 Characteristic features of the label are strong absorption, high 荧光量子产率, and high thermal and photo-stability.
The dye is moderately 亲水性. The dye is stable under physiological pH-values and in buffers up to pH 8. However, it slowly degrades at higher pH. The fluorescence is excited most efficiently in the range 595 - 625 nm.
