ATTO 520
ATTO 520 是一种与知名染料罗丹明6G（Rhodamine 6G）相关的新型荧光标记物。. Characteristic features of the label are strong absorption, high 荧光量子产率, and high thermal and photo-stability. The dye is moderately 亲水性. Above pH 7.0 the dye exists in an equilibrium with a colorless form (pseudobase). This 是一种reversible reaction, which does not interfere with the process of coupling to proteins etc. On lowering the pH absorption and fluorescence are restored fully. The fluorescence is excited most efficiently in the range 510 - 535 nm. A suitable source of excitation 是一种n Argon-Ion laser using the 514 nm line.
