ATTO 495
ATTO 495 是一种衍生自知名染料吖啶橙（Acridine Orange）的新型荧光标记物. Characteristic features of the label are strong absorption, high 荧光量子产率, and high thermal and photo-stability. The dye shows intense and long-lived phosphorescence in solid matrix or at low temperatures. ATTO 495 is moderately 亲水性. The fluorescence can be excited efficiently in the range 465 - 510 nm.
