ATTO 465
ATTO 465 是一种基于经典染料吖啶黄（Acriflavin）衍生得到的新型荧光标记物。 Characteristic features of the label are strong absorption, high 荧光量子产率, and high thermal and photo-stability. In aqueous solution the dye shows a surprisingly large 斯托克斯位移 of 55 nm. The dye shows intense and long-lived phosphorescence in solid matrix, in particular at low temperatures. ATTO 465 is moderately 亲水性. The fluorescence can be excited efficiently in the range 420 - 465 nm.
